Usage: shutoff [-i] | [-sl | -sk | -ss | -sr | -sb | -su | -a] [-m \\computer]
               [-t xx] [-z yyyymmddhhmm] [-c "comment"] [-d up:xx:yy]

No arguments     Displays ShutOff registration and uptime information
-h               Shows this screen (same as -? and /?)
-i               Displays GUI (all other options will be ignored)
-q xxx           Terminates a PID (use with extreme caution)
-n               Display all computers in the ActiveDirectory or network
-sl              Logs off the current user
-sk              Locks the computer
-ss              Shuts down the computer (-ssf to force)
-sp              Powers down the computer (-spf to force)
-sr              Reboots the computer (-srf to force)
-sb              Hibernates the computer (-sbf to force)
-su              Suspends the computer (sleep mode)
-a               Aborts a system shutdown (both -t and -z)
-m \\computer    Runs ShutOff command on a remote computer
-t xx            Sets ShutOff timer to xx seconds (use "now" for immediate)
-y               Clears all ShutOff timers (cancels -z setting)
-z yyyymmddhhmm  Sets ShutOff timer to a certain date and time (24hr)
-c "comment"     Shutdown comment (max 127 characters)
-d [u][p]:xx:yy  Reason code for the shutdown
                 u is the user code
                 p is a planned shutdown code
                 xx is the major reason code (positive integer below 256)
                 yy is the minor reason code (positive integer below 65536)
