ShutOff 2010 is a utility that can log off or shut down Windows
in many ways, including a timed shutdown.

Usage: shutoff [-h] | [-i] | [-sl | -sk | -ss | -sr | -sb | -sh | -a]
[-f] [-z yyyymmddhhmm]
No arguments Displays ShutOff registration and uptime information
-h Shows this screen (same as -? and /?)
-i Displays GUI (all other options will be ignored)
-sl Logs off the current user
-sk Locks the computer
-ss Shuts down the computer (add -f to force shutdown)
-sp Powers down the computer (add -f to force powerdown)
-sr Reboots the computer (add -f to force reboot)
-sh Hibernates / suspends the computer (sleep mode)
-y Clears all ShutOff timers (cancels -z setting)
-z yyyymmddhhmm Sets ShutOff timer to a certain date and time (24hr)
