Joint Venture Announcement
E-llusion Interactive CC has been in business since 1999, when we released our first version of ShutOff 2000. In July 2004 we changed our trading name to Intelligent Technology Solutions (ITS) to better describe our focus. Now we're combining our expertise with another established brand in the small business market to provide even more specialised focus to the industry.
Since 1 September 2005, Michael Scholtz Computer Software Support (MSCOMP) has formed a Joint Venture with E-llusion Interactive CC, and both companies will trade under the name of ITS for various joint products and services. All existing E-llusion Interactive CC clients have been notified of this change.
